Position Overview

The role will entail enough autonomy to drive and execute each project yet be provided with ongoing support from your line managers. You will be recognised and rewarded for your successes. Management of Site Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements
Management of subcontractor packages of works at the work front and liaise between different disciplines
Tracking of daily progress, cost and productivity report
Maintain and oversee construction programs and lookaheads
Co-ordinate daily activities and act as a point of escalation for critical and non-critical events.
Engage with commercial interface associated with project requirements
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Contribute and collaborate with Estimating and Tenders Team.

Skills, Qualifications & Other Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Sciences, Project Management or Construction Management
Well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
Existing rights to work in Australia.
